Scope, clearly
A Solar Property Review covers the solar and battery system only. It is not:
- An NZS 4306 residential property inspection
- An electrical inspection or prescribed electrical work certification
- A substitute for specialist testing where that is required
Findings are based on the documents supplied and what can be seen at the time of review.

Who orders the review?
Anyone with an interest in the property: a buyer, a seller, or an agent preparing a listing. Where the review is on a property you don’t own, the owner’s permission is needed for a site visit.
What if there is no paperwork?
That is a finding in itself. We will tell you what is missing and what you can ask for.
How quickly can it be done?
Tell us about any settlement or listing deadlines when you book and we will confirm timing.
Do you test the system?
Testing is not part of the desktop or standard on-site review. It can be scoped as a detailed investigation.
