Common questions
Do you sign our CoC or RoI?
No. The registered electrician who carries out the work stays responsible for the Certificate of Compliance, and any Record of Inspection needs to come from a party independent of the design. What SolarLink does is the design, the paperwork and a compliance check before it goes out the door.
Brad also runs an install company. Is that a conflict?
It can be, on the odd job, and we won’t pretend otherwise. If a conflict comes up we flag it as soon as we are aware, and if it can’t be resolved the engagement can end there by mutual agreement. Every job is otherwise treated as confidential.
Is monthly support unlimited?
No. Monthly support is a defined amount of capacity so turnaround stays reliable. We will size it to your workload.
